Judges 4:1-24; Isaiah 25:1-12; 1 Corinthians 4:1-21
Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 5:1 NKJV
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body. Colossians 3:15 NKJV
When we talk about the peace of God in the Bible, we need to determine what aspect of His peace is being emphasized. There is peace with God and there is the peace of God. Before any of us can have the peace of God we must have peace with God. Peace with God is the knowledge that my sins are forgiven and that I have become a child of God. The peace of God is not the absence of troubles in my life but rather the assurance that God is with me,
strengthening me in my troubles. —Sid Halsband
Almighty, present God, each moment fill my view.
My peace is not a circumstance, but always, only You. —Ken Bible
